Idaho athletes qualify for Saturday finals at Simplot Games

 

Pocatello, IdahoWhile facing the nation’s elite high school track and field athletes, over 50 Idaho athletes have qualified for the finals on Saturday at Simplot Games. For athletes competing at the Simplot Games, it is an immense achievement and honor to qualify for the finals.

More than 2,000 athletes came from across the U.S. and Canada to participate in the 30th annual Simplot Games. Simplot Games remains the nation’s premier high school indoor track and field event. Sponsored by the J.R. Simplot Company since 1979, the Simplot Games are being held February 14-16; at Idaho State University’s Holt Arena is Pocatello, Idaho.
